These Terms of Service govern ecommerce purchases and related services provided through Kavreino. Kavreino is operated by Haikou Jiangjianghao Trading Co., Ltd. / 海口市江江好贸易有限公司.

Kavreino Store Services

Kavreino offers coffee and espresso preparation tools, brewing accessories, measuring tools, maintenance products and related merchandise. Products and collections may change as the store evolves.

Product Information

Customers should review product titles, descriptions, images, available variants and confirmed specifications before ordering. Kavreino should not publish unverified compatibility dimensions or unsupported product claims.

Orders and Payment

Customers must provide accurate checkout, delivery and payment information. Payment may be subject to payment-provider authorization and security checks.

Processing, Shipping and Fulfillment

Accepted Kavreino orders are normally processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard shipping is US$5.99 for orders below US$45; free standard shipping is available on orders of US$45 or more. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned according to the Kavreino Returns & Refunds Policy. The standard return-request period is 30 days after delivery. Approved refunds are initiated within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Pre-Shipment Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before shipment. Once fulfillment has progressed to shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should use products according to appropriate product and equipment instructions and should not use Kavreino services for fraud, unauthorized transactions, illegal activity, security interference, malicious software or intellectual-property infringement.
