How long does order processing take?

Accepted Kavreino orders are normally processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is US$5.99 for orders below US$45. Free standard shipping is available on orders of US$45 or more.

Where are orders fulfilled from?

Orders are fulfilled from Haikou Jiangjianghao Trading Co., Ltd. / 海口市江江好贸易有限公司's business registration address.

Will I receive tracking?

Where available, tracking information is provided after shipment. Carrier systems may require additional time before tracking becomes active.

What is the return period?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Please contact service@Kavreino.com before sending any return.

Who pays return shipping?

For preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect products, Kavreino will provide an appropriate solution at no additional reasonable return cost to the customer.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are initiated within 5-10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
